List table rows
GET/rest/v1/:organisationId/:contactCenterId/operational-parameter/table-rows/:name
Retrieve the rows stored against a parameter of type TABLE. Each row is keyed by the column names defined in the parameter's table schema. Requires the contact-flow-service:operational-parameter:read scope.
