Managing Connections
Every connected AI app keeps its access until it is disconnected or revoked. There are two places to manage connections. Each person sees and disconnects their own apps in Account Settings > Security. Organisation Admins also see every connection in the organisation on Settings > Connected Apps, and can revoke any of them. Either way, the app loses access straight away.
Before You Start
- Your own connections: any Admin or Organisation Admin can manage the apps they have connected.
- Everyone's connections: only an Organisation Admin can open Settings > Connected Apps. See Roles and Permissions.
Disconnecting Your Own Apps
The Connected Apps panel in Account Settings > Security lists the AI apps you have allowed to use Agentic, across every organisation you belong to. Each row shows:
- the app's name, with a Verified or Unverified label
- its access, Read Only or Read and Write
- the organisation it is connected to
- when it was connected, and when it was last used
To disconnect an app:
- Open Account Settings and go to Security.
- In the Connected Apps panel, find the app and select Disconnect.
- Confirm with Disconnect. The confirmation states that the app will lose access in that organisation immediately.
You can connect the app again at any time by repeating the connection steps.
If you haven't connected anything yet, the panel shows No Connected Apps with a How to Connect button. The panel only appears for people who are an Admin or Organisation Admin in at least one organisation.
Reviewing Everyone's Connections
Settings > Connected Apps lists every AI app connected to the organisation, by anyone. The connections apply to all environments, so the list is the same whichever environment you open it from. Newest connections are listed first.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| User | The email address of the person who connected the app. The app acts as this person. |
| App | The app's name, with a Verified or Unverified label. |
| Access | Read Only or Read and Write. |
| Connected | When the connection was approved. Hover over it for the exact date and time. |
| Last Used | When the app last did something, or Never. Hover over it for the exact date and time. |
An app that hasn't been used for a long time, or an Unverified app nobody recognises, is a good candidate to revoke.
The page also has How to Connect, which opens the connect guide, and a link to Account Settings for managing only your own connections.
Revoking an App
- Go to Settings > Connected Apps.
- Find the row and select Revoke.
- The confirmation reads "App name will lose access to Agentic in organisation immediately." Select Revoke to confirm.
A message confirms the app was revoked, and the row disappears. The person who connected it can connect it again while they still have the Admin or Organisation Admin role.
The app can't read or change anything from the moment it is revoked. Work it already did, such as agents it created or draft changes it saved, stays in place.
When Access Ends Automatically
A connection also ends without anyone revoking it when the person who made it is no longer an Admin or Organisation Admin in that organisation, for example because their role was changed to Operations or they were removed from the organisation. The app is cut off within a few minutes, and the connection does not come back if the role is restored later. To use the app again, that person connects it again once they hold the Admin or Organisation Admin role. Moving someone between Admin and Organisation Admin does not end their connections.
Taking away someone's Admin or Organisation Admin role is therefore enough to cut off every app they connected in that organisation.
Empty and Restricted States
- No One Has Connected an App Yet: nobody in the organisation has connected an app. Select How to Connect to open the connect guide.
- You Need Admin Access: only Organisation Admins can see and revoke everyone's connected apps. Ask an Organisation Admin, or manage your own connections in Account Settings > Security.
